Kuwait Mirror Limited is the controller of the details you give here. We use them to prepare our proposal to you and to take the steps you ask for before any agreement (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you name an expert, or we propose one, we share this request with that expert so they can decide whether to accept it and, if they do, carry out the work: at first only the nature of the work, without names or contact details; the rest only after our review. We keep these details for as long as the matter and our legal obligations require, and you can exercise your rights through a Data Protection Request. Nothing is agreed until you accept our proposal.
